In order to compile your tax package we will need a completed Tax Organizer.  Click on needed Tax Organizer below and it will download to your computer in Adobe format.  You can then fill it out by tabbing through the fields. When you're finished, you can either print it out and mail it, Fax it,  or email it to us as an attachment.  It's a good idea to save a copy on your computer for your records.
